CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENT
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is given. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
RESCHEDULING
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
PAYMENT
​Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

CONSULTATION
First-time K-Tip extension clients must schedule a consultation before booking their installation service. This ensures we select the right method, color, and length for your hair goals.
HAIR PREPARATION
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and free of product buildup. If extra detangling or cleansing is needed, an additional fee may apply.
NO EXTRA GUEST
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.
